The client (“Buyer”) desires to purchase research MATERIAL from https://simpleaminos.com (“Simple Aminos”). The purpose of this Agreement is to allow the parties to determine the conditions and restrictions of the sale and purchase of the material.

As used herein, the term “MATERIAL” means any product and/or services which Buyer purchases or obtains from Simple Aminos including, but not limited to, peptides, proteins, liquids, powders, chemicals, labware, and hardware.

All purchases of MATERIAL by Buyer from Simple Aminos shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

• All products on this site are for research and development use only and are not intended for human consumption.

Buyer acknowledges hazards may be associated with MATERIAL and warrants awareness of proper safety, regulatory compliance, and industrial hygiene controls. Simple Aminos reserves the right to refuse sales to unqualified customers.

Simple Aminos does not warrant that MATERIAL use will not infringe patents. Listing products does not grant patent rights or recommendations for use.

Buyer receives only a limited, non-transferable right to use MATERIAL for internal research purposes and may not resell or redistribute without written approval from Simple Aminos.

Buyer acknowledges MATERIAL has not been tested for safety in food, drug, cosmetic, or medical applications and agrees to comply with all laws and regulations.

Buyer assumes responsibility for verifying hazards, conducting necessary research, and warning downstream users of risks.

By ordering, Buyer agrees MATERIAL will not be misused and agrees disputes shall be governed under U.S. law.

This Agreement represents the full agreement between parties. If any term is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
